Stained glass door panels – Beckenham

This new set of 4 leaded door panels were commissioned to replace earlier imitation stained glass panels.  Our client suggested using the existing wrought ironwork supporting the porch as a basis for the design.  The main curved section are from uncoloured Waterglass in the leaded side panels, and 2 shades of green in the door.

Fitted May 2012

Stained glass door and side window– Merton Park

The stained glass in the door was badly deteriorated, and not very special, and the side panel had been lost.  Our client particularly wanted a blue glass border, and the use of the paler blue and pink in the centre of the panels adds interest.  Most of the glass is English Muffle, with detail in Waterglass, and rough rolled.
