Stained glass restoration Croydon
Some real stained glass! This is the second of this series
of very traditional painted, stained and etched glass panels in a large1930s
house in Croydon. Over the years it had
become very concave (in effect blown inwards into the room) with gaps between
the glass and the lead, and generally ready to break and fall apart. We removed the panel from the metal frames,
rebuilt it with new lead and refitted.
